Crown Roulette is European roulette built for Apple Watch, and a full game on iPhone too. There is no money and no currency anywhere in it. You get ten chips a round for free, the ball decides what comes back, and you decide whether to bank it or let it ride.

How a round plays on Apple Watch

The wheel is the table. All 37 pockets are printed on it, in real wheel order, so a chip goes straight onto the number. Turn the Digital Crown to walk the selector round the pockets, tap to place a chip, and hold to take one back. The six even-money bets sit as curved pills along the foot of the wheel: 1 to 18, odd, red, black, even, 19 to 36. CLEAR sweeps the table, and REBET lays last round’s chips again.

Press SPIN and the wheel winds up one way while the ball runs the other. It rolls round the rim, slows until the rim can no longer hold it, drops down the cone, knocks off a deflector and skips across the frets before it settles into a pocket, while the wheel coasts on a little longer with the ball sitting in it. The ball’s path is simulated for every spin rather than played back from an animation, and the clicks you hear come from each impact it actually makes.

Bank it, or let it ride

Whatever comes back stays on the spots that won, as a pot. Bank turns it into score, for good. Ride leaves the whole stack where it landed and spins again at the same odds. Hit again and the pot multiplies; miss and it is gone. There is no limit on rides.

The numbers are plain roulette numbers. One chip on a straight-up number that hits is 36. Ride it once more and hit, and it is 1,296. Ten chips on red that hit come back as 20. Chips come off your score when you spin and banked pots go back on, so the score works like a bankroll: it rises when your nerve pays off and falls when it does not. It never drops below 10, one full round, so there is always another hand.

The Daily Wheel

Once a day you get one hand of ten chips on a random wheel. Ride the pot as long as you like; the run ends when you bank or when you lose it. The result goes on a daily Game Center leaderboard, highest first, and a streak counts the days you come back. The wheel is random on purpose. A wheel shared by everyone would have an answer that could be looked up, so every player gets a fresh spin and the same chance.

Everything the Daily Wheel unlocks is free forever. Royal Pass members get a second attempt each day, and the better of the two counts.

80 things to earn

18 chips, 12 wheels, 14 balls, 14 hub designs, 16 ambient fields and 6 music tracks. None of them are sold. Each has a challenge attached: straight-up hits, zeros seen, rides won, pots banked, big banks of 36 or more, days played, or a feat like calling the zero straight up. A colour player and a number player unlock different things first, so the collection rewards playing every way the wheel can be played.

On your watch face

Twelve complications, drawn from live game data: your lifetime score, whether today’s Daily Wheel is still waiting, the field you play on, and a gallery of every field you have unlocked, each with the wheel sweeping in from the corner. Tap one and you are back at the table.

Free wheel, Royal Pass collection

The whole game is free: every bet, unlimited rides, the Daily Wheel every day, both leaderboards, and every item the Daily Wheel unlocks. The Crown Games Royal Pass lets you wear everything else you earn, adds a second Daily Wheel attempt, and opens every other Crown Games title. You still earn each item at the wheel; the pass lifts the limit, not the challenge. One subscription covers Crown Jack, Crown Five, Shut The Box, Crown Heist, Soar and Crown Climb.

Frequently asked about Crown Roulette on Apple Watch

Does Crown Roulette involve real money or gambling?

No. There is no money, no coins, and nothing to buy for play. Chips are free every round, and the only thing you win or lose is points on your score. The app is rated 4+.

How do you play Crown Roulette?

You get ten chips a round. Place them straight on a number, or on red, black, odd, even, 1 to 18 or 19 to 36, then spin. If anything comes back you choose: bank it into your score, or let it ride for another spin at the same odds. Rides are unlimited. Miss on a ride and the whole pot is lost.

What are the payouts?

Single-zero European rules. A straight-up number pays 35 to 1, so one chip returns 36. Red, black, odd, even, 1 to 18 and 19 to 36 pay 1 to 1. A zero loses every outside bet.

Can my score go down?

Yes. Chips come off your score when you spin, and banked pots go back on. It never drops below 10, which is one full round, so a bad run cannot lock you out.

What is the Daily Wheel?

One hand of ten chips a day on a random wheel. You can ride the pot as long as you dare, and the run ends when you bank or lose. Your result goes on a daily Game Center leaderboard, and a streak grows for every day you show up. Items the Daily Wheel unlocks are always free. Royal Pass members get a second attempt and keep the better score.

Why is the Daily Wheel random instead of the same for everyone?

A wheel shared by every player would have a result anyone could look up in advance. A random spin gives every player the same chance, and nobody can know the number before it lands.

What can I unlock?

80 items: 18 chips, 12 wheels, 14 balls, 14 hub designs, 16 ambient fields and 6 music tracks. Each has its own challenge, from straight-up hits and zeros seen to rides won, pots banked and days played.

How much of Crown Roulette is free?

The whole game: every bet, unlimited rides, the Daily Wheel every day, both leaderboards, and every item the Daily Wheel unlocks. The Crown Games Royal Pass lets you wear the rest of what you earn, adds a second Daily Wheel attempt, and opens every other Crown Games title. One subscription covers them all.

Does Crown Roulette need an iPhone or an internet connection?

You install it through the App Store on an iPhone paired with your watch. After that it runs on the watch on its own, offline, with no account and no sign-in. Only the leaderboards need a connection to post a score. It needs watchOS 11 or later, and iOS 17 or later for the iPhone game.
