Crown Farkle Dice game for Apple Watch

Six real 3D dice on a felt table. Keep what scores, throw the rest, and bank before your luck runs out.

Every throw is the same question: keep the points on the table, or throw the dice you have left and risk all of it. One throw that scores nothing ends the whole run, so a good hand is only good once it is banked. The rules fit on a card; knowing when to stop takes a lot longer.

The full game on iPhone too

Crown Farkle ships as a full iPhone game alongside the watch version, not a companion screen. The same table fills the phone, the same Daily Farkle waits there, and your scores and everything you have unlocked sync both ways. It also makes the phone the easy choice for a party game passed around a table.

Crown Farkle is the classic push-your-luck dice game, built for Apple Watch and a full game on iPhone too. Six real 3D dice tumble across a felt table inside a wooden box. You keep the dice that score, throw the rest, and decide every time whether the points in front of you are worth the risk of one more throw.

How a hand plays on Apple Watch

Tap the table to throw all six dice. Tap the ones you want to keep and they fly into sockets on the rail, and every scoring option on the table is outlined so you never have to count pips. Throw what is left to add to the hand, or tap BANK to take it. Score with all six dice and it is hot dice: everything counts and you throw all six again. Throw nothing that scores and it is a farkle.

Scoring

The scoring is the classic table. A single 1 is 100 and a single 5 is 50. Three of a kind is the face times 100, so three 1s make 300. Four of a kind is 1,000, five is 2,000 and six is 3,000. A straight from 1 to 6, three pairs, or four of a kind with a pair are each worth 1,500, and two triplets are worth 2,500.

Survive to 10,000

The solo run is the main game. Every hand must reach 250 before you can bank it, and one farkle ends the run. Reach 10,000 without a farkle and you have a clean run, which fewer than one run in ten manages. Then keep throwing for more. Your best solo score goes on a global Game Center leaderboard. Royal Pass members also get two harder rulesets, Pressure and Sprint.

The Daily Farkle

Once a day, every player in the world gets the same dice. Bank what you can before you farkle and your score joins the day’s leaderboard. It is free every day, a streak counts the days you show up, and a Smart Stack table and streak complications keep it on your watch face.

A party game on one watch

Pass the watch or the phone around the table. Up to four players play free, and up to eight with the Royal Pass. Everyone picks a name and a colour, every total sits on the felt, and the first player to 10,000 sets off one last turn for everyone else.

60 things to earn

12 dice designs, from Classic and Crown to Porcelain, Neon and Scatter. 12 colours, including Rose Gold, Sunset and Rainbow. 15 tables, from Green and Velvet to Argyle, Checker and Crowns. 12 boxes in wood, marble and jade, and 9 music tracks. None of it is sold. Everything unlocks through play: throws, banks, hot dice, clean runs and dailies, and items earned from the Daily Farkle stay free forever.

Free table, Royal Pass extras

The whole solo run is free, along with the Daily Farkle, the Classic ruleset, party games for up to four and every daily unlock. The Crown Games Royal Pass lets you equip everything you earn, unlocks Pressure and Sprint, seats eight at a party and adds a second Daily Farkle try. You still earn each item at the table; the pass lifts what you can use, not the challenge. One subscription also covers Shut The Box, Crown Jack, Crown Heist, Soar, Crown Five, Crown Climb and Crown Roulette.

Frequently asked about Crown Farkle on Apple Watch

How do you play Farkle on Apple Watch?

Tap the table to throw all six dice. Tap the dice you want to keep and they fly into the sockets on the rail, with every scoring option outlined for you. Then throw the dice that are left, or tap BANK to take the points. A short tutorial walks you through your first run.

How does scoring work in Crown Farkle?

A single 1 is worth 100 and a single 5 is worth 50. Three of a kind scores the face times 100, so three 1s score 300. Four of a kind scores 1,000, five 2,000 and six 3,000. A straight from 1 to 6, three pairs, or four of a kind with a pair each score 1,500, and two triplets score 2,500.

What is a farkle, and what are hot dice?

A farkle is a throw where none of the dice score. In the solo run it ends the run. Hot dice is the opposite: when all six dice score, everything counts and you throw all six again.

How does the solo run work?

Every hand has to reach 250 points before you can bank it, and a single farkle ends the run. Reach 10,000 without a farkle and it counts as a clean run, which happens in fewer than one run in ten. You can keep throwing after that for a higher score, and your best solo score goes on a global Game Center leaderboard.

What is the Daily Farkle?

One run a day with the same dice for every player in the world. Bank what you can before you farkle and your score joins the day's leaderboard. It is free every day, and a streak counts the days you come back. Royal Pass members get a second try at the same dice, and the better score counts.

Can more than one person play?

Yes. Party games pass one watch or phone around: up to four players free, and up to eight with the Royal Pass. Each player picks a name and a colour, and every total stays on the table. The first player to 10,000 triggers a final turn for everyone else to catch up.

How much of Crown Farkle is free?

The full solo run, the Daily Farkle every day, the Classic ruleset, party games for up to four players, and every item the dailies unlock. The Crown Games Royal Pass lets you equip every item you earn, adds the Pressure and Sprint rulesets, seats eight at a party, adds a second daily try, and unlocks the full version of every other Crown Games title.

Does Crown Farkle need an iPhone or an internet connection?

It plays offline with no account and no sign-in; only the leaderboards need a connection to post a score. You install it through the App Store with an iPhone paired to your watch. It needs watchOS 11 or later, and iOS 17 or later for the iPhone game.
